Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us via phone or email.
Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed, but you may request a return as per our Return Policy.
Refund Timelines
For canceled or returned orders, refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days of approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
Damages due to misuse or incorrect installation
Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories
